Awhile back, I made a thread requesting new features and content in -game.In this list, there will be those old features and more new features. ORIGINAL THREAD REQUESTS:
The features were new capturable locations, an option when you entered one on whether or not you wanted to capture it, an option for friendly fire in the settings menu, a much bigger map, a mayor system for conquered territories controlled by the king, and a menu for spawn locations similar to Unreal Tournament 's conquest game mode. Allow me to elaborate: NEW CONQUERABLE LOCATIONS: These locations were places like small towns, forts, villages, and even a few big cities. They all start off as flat land without any trees. Similar to Kingdom Build mode, the king of a kingdom after capturing these plots can suggest a mayor for that plot claim. Then, there is a vote on whether or not they are mayor. The mayor can access and contribute to kingdom funds which can be used to turn the plots into towns, villages, forts, or castles. The mayor can also choose if outside kingdoms can use that town' s utilities, such as a blacksmith, when visiting. WANT TO CONQUER ? : Every time you enter a place where you can conquer, at the bottom of the screen a message appears asking "Want to conquer?".The player can choose yes or no by pressing y or n, or in three seconds it will automatically select yes. When no######a new title appears under the nametag of the user, above their head.It will say something like "On Business" or "Visiting", allowing people to know whether or not a person is friendly in the kingdom. However, these people can still attack. If they attack someone who did not hit them first they are moved into the yes category and their title is removed. FRIENDLY FIRE: A player can choose if others on their team can hit them and if the player can hit others on their team by going into the settings and hitting "Friendly Fire: OFF/ON" in the settings. This only works if another teammate has it on. BIGGER MAP: I saw a map with more terrain, bridges, bodies of water, and natural obstacles.I saw mountains with trees on them and regions more of a rare tree could be found(While spawning with just enough frequency to stay rare). An expansion of the map 's size would be excellent for implementing new locations and creating immersion. My idea was more than three times the current map size. SPAWN SELECT: When dying or spawning for the first time, the player can choose a conquered location their kingdom has 100% under control, or their home kingdom. Spawning at any is as simple as clicking where you want on the map. Icons would pop up for places you can select, like warping to a team ship on WFYB. These only work for towns and other structures that have no conquering forces at them, or the main kingdom city. Please, let me know what you think, and try to get Exhoda' s team to see this!: D
NEW REQUESTS: I believe that MW:R would need more than just above to achieve its climax as one of Roblox's best games. In the remastered edition, some features were removed that would be great to be added back and enhanced upon. These are things such as kingdom building, exiling, a bank system, and the old crafting system. Gameplay changes are also sometimes more effective than more content. So here's my idea list, new and updated. In summary, more mining places, capturable mines, exiling, vote kick, alliance system, ally chat, PvP options for can/can 't fight with friends, remove crafting gold fee, restore kingdom builder, armor upgrades, new "tools" for war, selling/trading weapons and gear, bigger servers, and restoring player animations. In the fashion of the last request thread, I' ll elaborate and expand on each of these in order below. MORE MINES: Adding more mines is a must.Sure, the nomads ' inheritance of the mines has been the core component of much of the gameplay, but it doesn' t seem realistic that they would have the only mine.I 've heard legend that Overseers have a secret mine somewhere, but I can' t find it and so it 's probably fake news. But what if there were multiple mines scattered throughout the valley? This would tie in with the original requests for a bigger map and more locations. Mines could be scattered throughout the land, with the biggest still being the nomad mine, but this would let more people mine at once. This goes hand in hand with Capturable Mines and the More Capturable Locations suggestion above. Mines would be able to be captured if the players at them were there to Conquer. I' ll cover Capturable Mines here too.Once a mine is captured, players can choose to spawn at that mine, allowing for easier mining and making mines more important strategic locations. EXILING: A feature that many kings would like back is the ability to exile.Once a player is exiled, that player cannot join the faction. However, the issue is what if that player is exiled from every faction ? They could join a fifth faction known as "Unaligned", which could have friendly fire enabled so they can kill each other too. This expansion on Exiling and the reintroduction of Exiling would let kingdoms be noob - free once more.Exiling would, as in the past, require votes to accomplish successfully and would make that exiled player unable to join the old team they were on before. VOTE KICKING : Some games on Roblox have a votekick feature that uses the player command / votekick[playername] to kick a player who is breaking rules. This would be very useful if a hacker comes online or someone is spamming chat.Vote kicking a user would kick that user from the server. It works exactly how it does in other games, with a certain percentage of players typing the command to vote to kick the player from the server.A very useful anticheat! ALLIANCE SYSTEM AND ALLY CHAT: A system which kingdoms could use to join together in an alliance would be very handy, especially in preventing noobs from ruining existing alliances.Too often, Guests or Fresh Spawns will attack your friendly other color players and ruin the peace. With a built - in system where two kingdoms can vote to merge in alliance, that issue would be solved.Allied factions would not be able to kill each other unless they have the PvP option for Friendly Fire on[See below FF SUGGESTION].Also, the upcoming TEAM CHAT option would be visible to ally factions once an alliance is made, turning TEAM CHAT into ALLY CHAT. FRIENDLY FIRE: A friendly fire option would also increase immersion, and be relatively easy to implement.Players who want to duel could simply enable Friendly Fire Mode and have at it with each other. The FRIENDLY FIRE option would appear in the SETTINGS menu.Players with FF on would be able to fight allied players and players in their own team who have FF on.It would only be able to be turned on or off when the player is not in combat. REMOVE CRAFTING GOLD FEE: The crafting fee that the Blacksmith asks for complicates everything. We 've already gone through the effort of finding the rarest ore in the game fifteen times, when it has a .0000005% spawn chance (I' m aware of the exaggeration), so why does this NPC want our money ? It 's an unnecessary pain in the rear end that comes with farming ores for weeks on end to get a fancy new sword. It can be very time-wastey getting the money, even for more experienced players. KINGDOM BUILDER: In the original MW and before MW:R Remastered, Kings used a Kingdom Builder and a treasury fund to build kingdoms up. This would function the exact same as it did before. In order to build on, though, for the above plots system to work, a king or designated architect would have to stand in the area of the town or city they want to build on to. ARMOR UPGRADES: Armor currently is only cosmetic and the only way to have working armor is with the 5% Less Damage gamepass. Adding craftable armor would be a huge gamechanger and allow for longer lasting battles and more interesting gameplay. Adding armor would also add more use for ores and could maybe extend into shields activated by a right click. This would create more dynamic combat, and as mentioned, extend battles and make them much more epic. I' ll go into shields more later if that 's supported by the community. If not I' ll drop it here. TOOLS : I also have an idea for a new slot on the HOTKEY BAR for an optional special tool.I don 't have any ideas for what there could be outside of a climbing hook or something that would act like a Farcry Primal king of grappling hook. You would climb up and down with Q and E, be able to swing with WASD, and be able to jump off with SPACE. Using the grapple hook would let you scale an enemy wall, climb up the nomad cliff faster, or help get to hard to reach places. It would be thrown in a way similar to how a bow shoots. A claw would be able to be lost if not picked up by its thrower, and claws would be craftable in a blacksmith. Please comment your ideas for tools below if you think that tools would be an interesting thing to play around with. They would be stored in slot 5 on the hotbar, and in the backpack show up under Weapons tab. SELLING GEAR: Selling weapons to trader NPCs or other players would be a good way to get rid of outdated weapons (or armor?) and make a quick buck. Currently, there is no way to get rid of old gear other than deleting it from your inventory. It' s a waste of time and resources. It 's been often requested to implement selling and trading old weapons, and it' s a very good idea to help stimulate the player trading market and help boost the game 's economy. Gear would be sold in the trader for whatever the value of the combined ores is multiplied by 1.25, making crafting then selling weapons slightly more valuable than selling the raw materials. BIGGER SERVERS: To populate the bigger and more immersive map better, it makes sense to create bigger servers. However this might hurt people with weaker computers. My suggestion is to create two types of sub-servers in MW:R. One would have servers the size they are now, which is 40 players. The other servers would be twice as big, allowing 80 players to join. The 80 player servers would be a bit more laggy but having the option for players to choose to join small or large servers would be a good solution for the players without such good computers or internet connections. As well, more players would mean bigger battles on the bigger servers, as well as bigger teams (the teams' caps would become 20 players instead of 15) and would create more interesting fights and gameplay, and make the much bigger map feel less empty. RESTORE OLD GAMEPASSES: I feel that Exhoda is probably saving this for later, but in the classic MW: R, there were three small gamepasses. One was voices, another was animations, and the third was more customization. It would be nice for all three to be added back with access available for those who bought them in the older edition of MW: R.More varied faces and hearing people shout war cries would be very fun and increase immersion in MW: R Remastered. So, what do you guys think ? Comment your opinions or ideas below, and if you support this, please tell us and share the link to the thread on the MW : R group wall so that we could get Team Exhoda to hear our input.Have an awesome day!
